Booking
Bookings are made online and you receive a confirmation by email. A preliminary booking is not yet confirmed: we confirm it separately and you receive a new message.
Prices
Labour prices follow the price list. The price shown in the booking is an estimate based on the information you provided. Spare parts are charged separately. Any extra work is agreed with you before it is done. The mobile service fee is determined as described on the pricing page.
Changes and cancellations
You can move or cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email. A confirmed booking can be changed online no later than 12 hours before the agreed time; after that, please contact us by phone or email. A preliminary booking can be cancelled before the agreed time.
On-site and workshop service
Most work is done on site. If the bike needs workshop work, we agree on it with you.
Payment
Payment methods: card, MobilePay, cash and invoice.
