What data we process
Name, phone number, email address and service address; information about your bikes and service needs and your own description; booking details such as time, status, price estimate and estimated duration; additional information and messages you send us; your chosen language.
What the data is used for
To receive and confirm your booking, schedule the service visit and plan the route, carry out the service and contact you about your booking.
Services we use
Booking system data is stored in the Lovable Cloud service.
Google Maps is used for address search and calculating driving times; the address you enter is sent to Google for this purpose.
Bookings are copied to the business's Google Calendar to manage service days.
Booking confirmations and other booking messages are sent by email through the Resend service.
The service description you write is sent to the OpenAI service so that suggested bike cards can be created.
If you accept analytics, we use the Google Analytics 4 service (Google) to measure how the site is used. The measurement collects anonymous usage data, such as pages viewed and bookings started and completed – personal data such as your name or contact details is not sent to Google.
Some of these service providers may also process data outside the EU.
Booking management link
Your confirmation email contains a personal link for viewing, moving or cancelling your booking. We only store an encrypted identifier of the link. Please don't share the link with others.
Data stored in your browser
Your chosen language is stored in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time. Your analytics consent choice is also stored in the browser; you can change it in the cookie settings. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets measurement cookies in your browser.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the booking and the service.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to or restrict processing by contacting info@abben.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman.
